Retirement - GuideStone contributes a tax-deferred amount equal to 10% of your annual compensation into your retirement account from your first day on the job. We match an additional 1% for every three years of SBC service, up to 5%.

Work/Life Balance - The 9/80 work schedule – which allows for every other Friday off – is available for most positions. The work-from-anywhere policy allows for easy mobility at the office and the potential for some positions to work from home.

Insurance Coverage - Insurance benefits begin the first day of your employment. Additional benefits are available at a subsidized cost for immediate family members.

Flexible Savings Account - This account is established by you for expenses related to dependent care, medical costs and pretax (medical and dental) premiums to lower your taxable income.

Educational Benefits - Professional Certifications
GuideStone pays the costs associated with a job-related professional certification program.

Tuition Reimbursement - All regular, full-time employees are eligible to apply for education assistance once they have completed their introductory period. Assistance may be available for a specific course or a full degree plan.

Professional Development - GuideStone offers a dynamic professional development program that intersperses hands-on learning with feedback, coaching, mentoring and formal instruction.

Wellness Program - The employee wellness program promotes healthy, well-balanced employees, impacting productivity, absenteeism, turnover and health care costs. We offer a fitness center, including locker rooms, and an ergonomically correct working environment, including a sit-to-stand desk.
